On my about page I mention that magnesium is very important. I also say that magnesium oxide is very poor. That said, it is time to refresh everyone on the importance of magnesium. It is the second most common element in the body. Other things do now work well without the proper amount of magnesium. What does not work well without the proper amount of magnesium. The answer is just about everything.
It is not my purpose to sell or promote any product. When one is mentioned it is for illustrative purposes only. So that is what I am going to do. You will see ads and promos on this site. The book Doctor Dean wrote is excellent.

Who is depleated. Just about everyone. Even those who take magnesium probably do not take enough. How come? It is because we eat manufactured food that has been depleated and vegitables that are grown in earth that is absent the nutrients that were common decades ago.
There is a story about how Doctors and actually all health providers, with few exceptions, do not understand nutrition and have almost no training on that subject. I consider myself as one of those who were not knowledgable.
