Gut Bacteria Changes Cancer Research

If you go back to my original blog you will find i focus on inflammation. Inflammation is just a fancy word for swelling and redness......and associated pain. I also said, if you reduce inflammation you reduce all pain and the ageing process. Read that last sentence again.
I have been saying this since 2004. I have implemented my own advice in my life. That I can travel and do the things I do at the ripe old age of 76 is testamentary to that implementation. So it is catching on. Doctors are starting to listen and the research dollars are going there too. They are looking for bacteria they can patent and sell, IMHO.
Well, I grow my own bacteria in sauerkraut and other fermented vegetables. No prescription needed. When away on trips I grown my own sauerkraut and take probiotic capsules. It works.
So here is something to read.....the Doc's are starting to focus....Make a comment or contact me at my e mail address k2pdj2000@yahoo.com.....make the subject line something I will notice. I get a lot of spam there.

I am a CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) who gave anesthesia for over 40 years. I find I am curious about a lot of things and what will improve the quality of my life and those I care about! I can feel the difference.
