Now I have some good news for people. You do not have to be in the sun or take a pill to get your vitamin D level up. In a study recently published by the vitamin D council, rubbing vitamin D into the skin was very effective. Most vitamin D capsules come in a jell like transparent capsule form. Just break the capsule and apply directly to the skin. Rub it in. No pills.
Just like in nature vitamin d should be administered daily. So do it daily, but no pill taking is necessary as explained above.....
