Prevention. A simple graph to show your health provider.

The Chinese said a picture is worth a thousand words. True, but a graph can be very illuminating also. So print this off for your Doctor or health provider and see what he says. Don't be surprised if he is defensive, hostile or defensive. Looks like to me, and i believe, every disease is reduced by a very significant amount!

In their defence they just don't have the time to read this stuff, but you have the time to show them it and where you found it. Also there is inertia to change with all most everything. To survive a with a better quality of life and quantity too, it is up to you. There are lots of references to different studies trends etc here. Just look back through all the previous comments and studies.
It is your life so make it happen!
